In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving sales growth. Duties Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Generate leads through cold calling, territory management, and proactive outreach to potential clients. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop new business opportunities by leveraging marketing strategies and B2B sales techniques. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data. Negotiate terms with clients to close sales deals while maintaining positive relationships for future growth. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong knowledge of CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management. Demonstrated ability in technical sales or product demos within a technology or retail environment. Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis abilities to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development initiatives.
