We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service and Operations Support Associate to support daily customer service and warehouse/operations activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing office responsibilities with hands-on inventory and tool management duties. Job Duties Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and service technicians. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the day. Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and information. Assist with inventory organization and material management. Load, unload, move, and organize tools, parts, and service-related materials. Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace, inventory area, and tool storage. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service and Operations Support. Previous customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, dependable, and professional demeanor. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
