CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE GPM

Logistics LLC Experienced Logistics Professionals Wanted! GPM Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced Customer Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, fast-paced position for someone who understands the transportation and logistics industry and can confidently manage a high-volume workload. What You'll Be Doing Provide excellent customer service to customers, carriers, and business partners Coordinate and communicate regarding rail, import, and export shipments Work with shipping lines, ports, and equipment providers Track shipments and resolve issues quickly and professionally Manage a heavy daily workload while meeting deadlines Communicate by phone and email with customers and operational teams Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or customer service experience Strong experience with rail operations Experience with imports and exports Experience working with shipping lines and ports Knowledge of equipment and transportation operations Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong Microsoft Outlook skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume workload Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Important Hiring Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience is required Professional references will be checked Background check required Ability to work 40+ hours per week Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, push, and pull boxes of files as part of daily responsibilities.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 43.0 per week
