Our clients and their pets are like extended family, and our front desk is truly the heart of our practice. We're searching for a friendly, organized, and big-hearted person who loves animals and people equally to join our team as our new Customer Service Representative. If you light up when you make someone's day better, this is the perfect job for you!
What You'll Do Every Day:
Be the smiling voice and face of our hospital—answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting clients and their furry family members Build real relationships with clients who have been coming to us for years (many will know you by name!) Help keep everything running smoothly: checking patients in/out, processing payments, managing records Work closely with our doctors and techs to make sure every pet gets the care they need Go the extra mile—whether that's carrying out a bag of food, calming a nervous client, or snuggling a scared puppyWe're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a naturally warm, upbeat personality and loves making people feel cared for Is extremely reliable—our clients and team count on you! Can multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail Has excellent phone and computer skills (experience with Cornerstone is a big plus but we'll train the right person) Is comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes and energy levels Brings positive energy and works great with a tight-knit teamWhat We Offer You:
