Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Customer Care Associate to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications client throughout the Campbell and greater San Jose area. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll work directly with homeowners, introduce affordable wireless services, answer questions, and help customers enroll in solutions that fit their household's needs. This Customer Care Associate opportunity is perfect for someone looking to launch a career in customer service, sales, or communications. Every Customer Care Associate receives hands-on training in customer engagement, consultative sales, and wireless product knowledge while learning how to deliver exceptional service during every interaction. You'll represent our client professionally while building confidence, communication skills, and valuable career experience. Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate Meet directly with homeowners to introduce affordable wireless products and services offered by our client. Build positive relationships by understanding each customer's communication needs and recommending the right solutions. Guide customers through the enrollment process while creating a smooth, professional experience. Answer questions about wireless plans, products, promotions, and account setup. Support daily sales goals by providing outstanding customer service and completing enrollments accurately. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activities. Represent our client with professionalism while strengthening customer relationships and contributing to overall sales success. Participate in ongoing Customer Care Associate training focused on customer service, sales, product knowledge, and professional development. Qualifications of the Customer Care Associate High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners throughout the day. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others. Organized, dependable, and coachable.
