Job Description
Job Summary Join our veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist and Client Services Representative, where your energetic and compassionate approach will make a difference in the lives of our clients and ranchers. In this role, you will be the friendly face and organized voice of our practice, ensuring seamless communication, appointment scheduling, and client engagement. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and confidence. Responsibilities Greet clients professionally and compasionately by phone and in person. Ability to learn or knowledge of Veterinary Software - Pluse (EVet). Schedule apppoitments. Handle medical collections and billing processes transparently, explaining charges clearly to clients. Maintain relevant medical records by obtaing client and animal information within the software program. Facilitate communication regarding animal health concerns between veterinarians and clients. Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples or assisting with basic tests as needed Complete documents for animals traveling out of state. Reliable attendance and puntuality. Qualifications Previous experience in veterinary reception or client service roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with veterinary terminology, medical collections, and laboratory procedures is a plus Knowledge or prior experience with horses and/or livestock is preferred.
