Job Description
Customer Service / Cashier / FOH team members
Type:
Part-timeDuties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Take customer orders in-store and over the phone (MUST
BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
)- Assist with cleaning dining area and restrooms as needed
- Assist with bagging customer orders
- Assist with restocking (be able to lift up to 30lbs)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
