Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer! Assist clients Notary Service (notary license required) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Collaborate with team members to share insights, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve service quality Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for enhanced client experiences Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus Prior experience in customer support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills required for data entry and communication tools Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required; attention to detail in typing and record keeping This role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful difference for our clients.
