This role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into completed sales, educating customers about drone products, and proactively acquiring new customers. Candidates with strong sales experience and a customer-focused approach will thrive in this position. We seek someone who is professional, detail-oriented, results-driven, and confident in closing deals. Full product training is provided. Join a fast-growing company in a modern office environment. Key Responsibilities Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. Manage inbound leads and actively drive them toward purchase decisions. Educate customers about agricultural sprayer drones after completing training (features, availability, lead times, ROI, etc.). Create accurate quotes and invoices while proactively following up to close sales opportunities. Travel within the country as required to meet business partners, attend meetings, and represent the company at events. Respond to customer questions professionally while maintaining a strong sales focus. Collaborate with operations and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Demonstrated ability to convert inquiries into completed sales. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Strong verbal and written business communication skills. Confidence and professionalism when engaging prospects and customers. Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and invoices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Preferred (but not required) Experience working with agricultural products, drones, or technology solutions. Experience using inventory or CRM systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
