This role plays a key part in supporting daily office operations and assisting clients with insurance-related services. This position is ideal for candidates who hold active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses, are proactive, and have strong customer service and communication skills. Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) are required for verbal communication. Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily administrative and office support tasks Quote insurance policies including Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Health Assist clients with premium payments and basic policy services Answer phone calls and emails professionally and follow up with client inquiries Communicate clearly with clients in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) Maintain accurate client and policy records in agency management systems Perform data entry, document organization, and electronic filing Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses required Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) for verbal communication Prior experience in an insurance office preferred Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency (Email, Word, Excel, insurance systems) Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented work attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position Details & Benefits Full-time, on-site position Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly pay: $20-27/hour (based on experience) Commission and performance bonuses Paid vacation (PTO) Paid sick leave Long-term career growth opportunities
