That being said

• ! We are looking for a very organized individual that can assist with most of the day to day shop operations. Currently, we are a 3-man team but are simply too busy. To be transparent, the owner (myself) is spread too thin and needs to fill a position at the front desk. Your duties would include the following:
• Drafting quotes and writing up repair orders
• Order parts needed for repairs
• Manage a small inventory of parts
• Assist with tidiness and organization of spaces
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Greeting people as they drop off cars, and completing tickets as they pick their cars up
• Checking cars of cleanliness after repairs are complete This is a position that has the potential for growth into a shop manager position. There will be random days the owner needs to step out
• these days you will be expected to step up!
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Tekmetric/Worldpac experience a big plus!

Pay:
