In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs with confidence and professionalism. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand automotive diagnostics, and recommend necessary services will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your mechanical knowledge with sales skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair recommendations clearly, using estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools to provide accurate estimates Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to enhance vehicle performance and safety Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high quality standards Manage service writing tasks efficiently, documenting all customer interactions and repair details accurately in dealership systems Conduct client communication throughout the service process, providing updates and explaining repair procedures in an understandable manner Handle cash transactions professionally while maintaining accurate records of sales and payments Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Hands-on mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire service, suspension work, brake repair, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively Experience in auto estimating and service writing is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate test drives and vehicle inspections Prior experience in auto service management or sales roles will be considered an asset Join us to be part of an energetic team that values your automotive expertise and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
