Job Description
A growing traffic data collection firm is seeking to fill one (1) open Administrative Assistant - Client Support position in our Monterey Park, CA Office. Industry experience is not required. Working directly with engineering firms and public agencies, we provide studies that assist in the development, maintenance, and operations of roadways, interstates, parking complexes, intersections, and much more. Our success is attributed to knowledgeable staff and above-and-beyond customer service. This position acts as a point of contact between our clients and the company. This role is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service through clear and effective communication with our clients. Duties include project estimation, mapping, client correspondence, creating and maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal operations, providing project updates to our clients, managing client expectations, reviewing and executing contracts, market research, new-client outreach, and performing internal administrative tasks. This is largely an office position, but will at times require travel to visit with our clients and to attend industry events.
