Customer Enrollment Representative

What You'll Do:

Talk with customers and help them understand available service options Assist customers in selecting the best plans based on their needs Build strong relationships by being friendly, helpful, and informative Answer questions and provide clear, simple explanations of services and promotions Work with your team to improve customer experiences and reach daily goals Learn and apply basic sales and communication skills through hands-on training
