Job Description

Then you may be who we are looking for to join our team at Coast Veterinary Clinic in Morro Bay! We are a fast-paced, well-established, expanding, fun-loving small animal hospital located on the Central Coast of California seeking an outgoing, highly motivated, full time Client Service Representative with exceptional people skills to join our growing team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and client relations abilities, while possessing precise attention to detail. This position requires at least 1 year of reception work, with veterinary hospital experience preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client and patient interaction, veterinary practice software and Microsoft Office skills, appointment scheduling, exemplary communication skills, processing prescription orders within the veterinary clinic and out to pharmacies, and communication of key information to doctors and staff. A strong willingness to continually learn while ensuring hospital standards of care are being met is an absolute must. We offer a competitive wage based on experience, as well as a generous benefit package. Current hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm with no after-hours emergency shifts. We are currently closed weekends. However, in the future there may be a need to work rotating Saturday shifts.
