Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at a leading quick-service restaurant specializing in delicious pizza and fast, friendly service! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences through friendly interactions, efficient food handling, and seamless transactions. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with placing orders both in-person and via phone or online platforms. • Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation protocols are maintained at all times. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations by bussing tables and cleaning as needed. Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing ingredients or assembling orders in the kitchen or café setting. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality. Support team members with food handling, serving, and other restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations is desirable. Experience in cashiering, serving, or food handling roles enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
