Job Description

Customer Service/Account Manager Position Summary The Customer Service/Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution from order entry through delivery. This role coordinates with Customer Service, Production, Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, Finance, and Sales to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. The position supports a variety of print and packaging solutions, including flexographic, digital, RFID, offset, and lithographic technologies. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships. Coordinate order execution, scheduling, production, and delivery to ensure accuracy and on-time performance. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and day-to-day communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, revisions, and operational challenges. Ensure accurate order entry, pricing, documentation, and invoicing. Identify and escalate risks affecting quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction. Support customer retention, onboarding, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3-5+ years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, labels, or a related industry. Experience managing complex customer accounts in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of flexographic, digital, RFID, offset, lithographic, or similar print technologies preferred. Strong organizational, ERP, and computer skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
