• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, sales, automotive diagnostics, and tire service. Experience with diesel engine repair, auto estimating, brake repair, automotive service, and auto service management is highly desirable.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding service recommendations
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services
• Upsell additional services or products as needed
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for estimates and repair orders
