Key Responsibilities Client Relations:

Provide a premium service experience for customers during order drop-offs and pick-ups.

Order Management:

Efficiently tag, assemble, and process garments to ensure orders are ready for daily deadlines.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage numerous tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Communication:

Handle telephone inquiries with professional manners and enthusiasm.

Requirements Experience:

Previous customer service representative experience is a must.

Professional Image:

Neat, clean, well-dressed, and well-groomed is a must. Our image is the key to our success, so we hire only the best.

Skills:

Strong people skills, excellence in telephone manners, and a desire to be part of a team working toward a common goal. Good typing and computer skills are required.
