Description Customer Service Specialist Brief Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist provides support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat

+ Resolve issues related to orders, billing, products, or services

+ Document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems

+ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

+ Process returns, refunds, or service requests as needed

+ Maintain service quality and meet response-time goals

Requirements Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Prior customer service, call center, or support experience preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
