Full Job Description Work Location:
Inside Oceans 11 Casino in
Oceanside, CA Position:
Full-Time We're Hiring — And We'll Train You Blackstone Gaming is looking for dependable, professional people who take their work seriously. We don't need you to know anything about card games. We need you to show up on time, carry yourself well, pay attention to detail, and treat people with respect. Starting pay is $20 - $23.50/hr. Comprehensive benefits. Company-paid licensing. Real advancement opportunities. We'll handle the rest. What the Job Actually Is You'll be seated at a live card game table — games like Blackjack, Baccarat, and UTH — as an active participant who helps keep games properly running. Your job is to follow established game rules and seating rotations, monitor table activity, work alongside the dealer, and flag anything irregular. It's a focused, low-physical-labor position in a professional, fast-paced environment. No lifting, no running around — just sharp attention, consistency, and composure. Think of it as a floor operations role where your presence and professionalism are the job. Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$23.50/hr depending on shift — above market from day one Merit-based pay increases — performance drives your growth
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, company paid group life insurance, AD&D Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance Company-paid state and local licensing Consistent scheduling with stable, predictable start times Who Succeeds Here Our best hires come from environments where standards matter — like banks, credit unions, higher-end retail, customer-facing hospitality, or any workplace where showing up professionally and doing things right is simply expected. You don't need a resume full of gaming experience. You need a track record of reliability and professionalism.
You must:
Be 21 or older Hold a valid California ID or Driver's License Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays Be able to pass a DOJ background check for state licensure Be willing to complete a paid pre-employment training program Be comfortable with a drug screening and credit check Why People Stay at BSG We promote from within — consistently. This role is a genuine entry point into a stable career, not a dead-end position. Many of our floor supervisors and leads started right where you'd be starting. Pay increases are merit-based, meaning your work ethic directly determines your trajectory. The licensing we pay for on your behalf is also a portable, state-recognized credential — it has real value beyond this job.
