This position combines customer service and hands-on design work. We're looking for someone who communicates professionally, produces accurate work, and is comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently. Training will be provided on our products, systems, and order procedures. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally. Help customers select products, answer questions, and place orders. Prepare quotes, enter orders accurately, and follow up on customer inquiries. Collect artwork, dimensions, quantities, and other specifications for custom orders. Create custom artwork proofs and make revisions based on customer feedback. Track proof approvals and coordinate with the team to keep orders moving. Edit product photos and create mockups for our website and marketplaces. Use AI image-generation and editing tools to make product-image creation faster and more efficient. Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure accurate product details and professional results. Use AI tools to assist with everyday tasks, such as drafting customer responses and organizing information, while checking accuracy. Keep customer records, artwork files, and order information organized. Assist with routine administrative tasks and provide team coverage as needed. What We're Looking For Practical graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience using AI tools to create or edit product images, mockups, or marketing visuals. General comfort with AI tools, including ChatGPT or similar platforms, and willingness to learn new tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A professional, patient approach to customer service by phone and email. A positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to learn and receive feedback. Attention to detail and accuracy in artwork, product images, and order entry. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt when business needs change. Dependability and ownership of assigned work through completion. Helpful Experience Customer service, inside sales, or order processing. Custom printing, signs, banners, flags, or promotional products. Ecommerce product images, Shopify, or online marketplaces.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
