Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive student experience. Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA filings, corporations, and related services. Maintain accurate student records using our Customer Management System (CMS). Monitor student progress and keep records up to date. Address student questions, concerns, and scheduling needs through inbound and outbound calls. Provide daily administrative support to the school's sales team. Develop and maintain knowledge of our programs and services to best assist students. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and general office software. Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
