Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Manage client inquiries through phone communication, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and clarity. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools to document interactions, update records, and prepare reports. Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including maintaining filing systems and updating client information. Support office management duties by handling calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings efficiently. Assist with front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily activities. Maintain organization through filing, document management, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or clerical roles with strong office management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and data entry software. Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual settings (preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in productivity software and office equipment. Previous office experience involving front desk responsibilities or administrative support is highly desirable. Exceptional typing skills combined with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document processing. Pay:
