Service Writer Requirements:

Service Writer Responsibilities:

Greets customers, listens to their vehicle concerns, and translates those issues into clear work orders for the technicians Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and timelines Call and email customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner answering phone calls, scheduling, and paperwork throughout the day Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
