Responsibilities Answer email and quote requests in a timely manner. Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information about services or products. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to support office management and administrative functions. Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting customer support initiatives. Support bookkeeping activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive communication Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably with office experience in a customer-facing environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Spanish Speaking Experience in corrugated industry, familiar with boxes and quoting styles.
