Job Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Answer basic questions about insurance policies Accept payments and process transactions Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections Help keep the office clean and organized Assist with marketing and customer outreach when needed Provide excellent customer service at all times Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and people skills Basic computer knowledge Reliable transportation Flexible schedule Ability to squat, bend, and move around while taking vehicle photos Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) High School Diploma or GED College students welcome!
