Job Description As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Customer Service Patrol in Pomona, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with integrity and professionalism. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a grocery retail location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
