A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the point of contact for our customers. They answer questions, share order updates, and work closely with our internal teams to make sure customers get clear, timely information. The Customer Service Representative keeps communication smooth, follow up proactively, and help create a positive experience from the first inquiry all the way through shipment.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within software programs Communicate and coordinate effectively across all departments to prepare data packages Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales team on technical data, contract reviews, etc. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Maintain and create bookings, open orders, and shipments Manage claims and support RMAs post sales Manage and organize records and files Monitor and process order confirmation for customers Order and data entry in ERP systems Provide daily support to Sales Managers and Account Managers Send shipping documentation and tracking information to appropriate party Stock and allocation verification in ERP system Support Quotation Team in managing RFQs, data packages, and producing quotes Verify and prepare relevant reportsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2+ years of customer service and data entry experience Ability to work in a team setting Ability to acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Possess patience, empathy, and professionalism Strong accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Typing Speed of 50+ WPM Experience with ERP systems (SAP & Paradigm is a plus) Experience with managing multiple accounts is a plusBenefits:
