West Sacramento, CA and Rancho Cordova, CA. Position Overview Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? LE FIVE is seeking a highly motivated individual that will develop the skills necessary to grow into a future management role. This position blends front-line responsibilities with hands-on leadership development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment centered around soccer, hospitality, and youth engagement. You'll receive direct coaching in facility operations, sales, youth programs, and customer experience, while learning how to lead shifts and make impactful business decisions. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. Ensure a welcoming, safe, and energetic environment for guests of all ages. Proactively engage with new and returning customers to build relationships. Step in to resolve customer issues or escalate concerns as needed. League Growth Help grow and execute league programming for both youth and adult Serve as a parent liaison to ensure satisfaction and retention. Contribute to safe, well-organized, and high-energy league experiences. Help meet the facility league team's number goals Sales & Marketing Support Assist in meeting league registration goals by converting new leads.

Support marketing efforts:

Create promotional content (Canva, social media posts, flyers). Engage creatively on social platforms to promote programs and events. Help build and maintain partnerships with local schools and community groups.
