This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for long-term growth. This position is a key member of the Customer Service team and serves as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer support. Responsibilities Process customer orders Answer incoming customer calls and assess customer needs Prepare and provide product pricing quotes Resolve customer concerns related to products, shipments, and orders in a professional and timely manner Maintain and update customer account records and information Assist with new account setup and reference verification Follow up regarding outstanding invoices and accounts receivable matters Process delivery receipts and warehouse transactions Support additional customer service and inside sales activities as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Ability to write clear and customer-friendly emails Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Comfortable learning customized order entry and inventory software
