Job Description
Job Overview Partners Plumbing is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position plays a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by assisting customers, coordinating service calls, supporting our technicians, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, enjoys problem-solving, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing excellent service. Create and update work orders within scheduling software. Assist customers with scheduling appointments, updates, and service-related questions. Maintain and follow up on open jobs by contacting customers regarding scheduling and next steps Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently. Schedule approved repairs and ensure proper communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. Maintain accurate notes and documentation within company systems. Requirements Previous customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred. Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy service environment. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and various office systems. Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally.
