09 The Guest Services Representative is in their respective area and is responsible for the smooth operation of the Information Desk and related reception/information services. Is responsible for interfacing with departments, Auxiliary members, and Junior Volunteers. Must maintain a positive image to all persons they meet and maintain cordial patient relations. Ability to meet all job physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. One year's experience in a hospital registration environment preferred. Customer service experience and computer skills preferred.
