Guest Service Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time) Company Overview With a reputation for quality and reliability across Southern California, Tide Cleaners is a growing operation dedicated to excellence in the dry-cleaning industry. We're currently hiring for multiple positions across our four locations. Overview We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at Tide Cleaners. You'll be the face of our operation—greeting customers, processing garments, managing our ticketing system, and supporting our production team to keep everything running smoothly. If you have solid customer service experience and want to be part of a solid team, we want you! Duties Greet and assist customers with their dry cleaning needs Receive, sort, and process garments Manage ticketing and record-keeping systems Answer phones and handle inquiries Process payments and handle cash Support spotters, pressers, and mechanics as needed Maintain a clean, organized work environment Skills Customer service experience - REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, professional demeanor Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

Position Options Full-Time:

Flexible hours, schedule varies based on business needs

Part-Time:

Up to 29 hours per week Compensation $19/hour
