AT&T Assistant

Reamu Management Solutions is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a AT&T Assistant. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to provide support, build relationships, and help promote products and services that fit customer needs. We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, team-oriented, and excited about professional growth opportunities. No industry experience is required — we provide hands-on training and mentorship.

AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Interact with customers face-to-face to provide information about products and services Build positive relationships with new and existing customers Assist customers with questions, account support, and service options Help promote current products, services, and promotional campaigns Maintain accurate customer records and daily reports Collaborate with team members to meet company goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development

AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and in a team environment Customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus but not required Adaptable in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent
