CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION

We are seeking someone with personal lines insurance experience, who has great people skills, charismatic, willing to work hard and looking to grow. Familiarity with the following is a big plus; hawksoft, FSC, PL rater, outlook, and insurance carriers such as Mercury, Travelers, Stillwater, Kemper, Progressive, Infinity. Bilingual is also a plus. This is an entry level position with pay starting at $18/hr. We will train and sponsor CSR's that are interested in becoming licensed insurance agents. If you are an experienced, licensed agent, please submit a resume and we can discuss that position as well. Our office is open 5 days per week, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. Applicants must be willing to work a full time schedule, be on time and very reliable. A Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license / Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain one. However, an insurance license is not required to apply or interview.' '
