Monday-Friday:

8am-7pm

Saturdays:

9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively. Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner. Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, etc.) Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports. Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications. Maintaning cleanliness of all client-facing areas. Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.
