We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support an upcoming event through a Contract assignment. The selected candidate will help create a welcoming booth environment, respond to attendee questions, and capture customer interest with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the event booth before opening by organizing materials, arranging displays, and ensuring the space is ready for visitors.
• Represent the company at the trade event by welcoming attendees and creating a friendly, positive first impression.
• Share clear and accurate information about the company's products, service locations, and general offerings.
• Respond to customer questions about item availability and help guide visitors to appropriate solutions.
• Gather attendee details, requests, and follow-up needs with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate product sample requests with the appropriate teams and keep supporting records well organized.
• Support event operations throughout the assignment, including booth coverage during event hours and breakdown at the close of the event.
• Build positive connections with customers and prospective clients by providing attentive, high-quality service at every interaction.
