We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support an upcoming event through a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing a brand effectively, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting. The selected candidate will help create a welcoming booth environment, respond to attendee questions, and capture customer interest with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the event booth before opening by organizing materials, arranging displays, and ensuring the space is ready for visitors. Represent the company at the trade event by welcoming attendees and creating a friendly, positive first impression. Share clear and accurate information about the company's products, service locations, and general offerings. Respond to customer questions about item availability and help guide visitors to appropriate solutions. Gather attendee details, requests, and follow-up needs with careful attention to accuracy and completeness. Coordinate product sample requests with the appropriate teams and keep supporting records well organized. Support event operations throughout the assignment, including booth coverage during event hours and breakdown at the close of the event. Build positive connections with customers and prospective clients by providing attentive, high-quality service at every interaction. Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or other client-facing roles. Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with a wide range of customers and event attendees. Strong attention to detail when documenting customer information, inquiries, and requests. Comfortable answering questions, providing product-related information, and supporting follow-up needs. Experience handling inbound and outbound customer communication is preferred. Familiarity with order entry or similar administrative support tasks is an advantage. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in an event-based environment.
