Role Overview You text, call, and message with customers, help them place and pay for orders, and make sure every package is shipped out correctly and on time. You meet customers at the door, and deliver products and process information. You will be shipping, tracking and organizing products as well. Experience or peptide/cryotherapy knowledge is not required, but a love for health is a must. You're fit, confident, and comfortable having light, clear conversations about health related topics, without pretending to be a doctor or giving medical advice. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, is detail-obsessed with shipping and payments, and wants to grow from part-time into a bigger role as we grow. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Be the primary point of contact for basicquestions through text, phone, email, and social DMs. Defer to own for peptide or cryo modality science questions, while also learning all you can. Have light, confident conversations about how our process works Learn simple marketing nurture scripts to get people to respond, pay, and book. We will teach you Respond quickly to inbound messages during your shift to keep customers feeling taken care of. Peptide Orders, Payments & Shipping Create and send payment links for new peptide orders, refills, and shipping fees. Take payments over the phone or in person when needed and confirm all details. Only move orders to "ready to mix / ship" once payment is confirmed in the system.
Prepare shipments:
print labels, pack products according to SOPs, double-check names, addresses, and contents. Track shipments and follow up on any issues (delays, address errors, missing packages). Follow-Up & Nurture Follow up daily on unpaid payment links with friendly reminders and clear calls to action. Reach out to existing customers when it is time for refills or check-ins, using simple templates. Keep basic notes so conversations feel personal, not generic. Requirements Personally into fitness/wellness; you genuinely "get" the people we serve. Warm, confident commication style in person and written Strong written communication; you're comfortable texting all day in a professional but friendly tone. Comfortable talking about money, sending payment links, and confirming payments. High attention to detail for labels, addresses, and packing.
