Job Description

Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join their mission-driven call center. This is an ideal role for a compassionate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and empathetically to inbound phone, email, and online inquiries in both Spanish and English.

Document all interactions thoroughly in the organization's database, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Support outreach efforts, fundraising campaigns, and client service events through top-notch customer service.

Uphold the nonprofit's core values of integrity, inclusivity, and respect in every interaction.
