Call Genesis at 858-792-9444 for an in-person interview at our office: 5482 Complex St. Ste.105 San Diego, Ca 92123 Interview times available: 9:15AM, 9:30AM, 9:45AM, 10:00AM Our field service agents work full time Monday-Friday coordinating the execution of home improvement contracts from getting measurements to scheduling crews and collecting payments. Saturday overtime is often offered and occasionally required. Do not apply if you won't work evenings or Saturdays. We work when the customers are home. Must have a clean driving record. You will start in your own vehicle, however after a probationary period we will have a company car available during work hours. Each say starts in the office at 7:30AM for a team meeting. In this meeting we will gather updates from you on the job sites you visited, photos you took, and status of the work progress. Next you will proceed to the field for your daily stops. Many projects have additional recommended work that you will be responsible to sell to the customer. This offers substantial additional income. We will train you with ride along appointments until you get signed off for each step. We start at $18.00 an hour plus commission and will advance as quickly as you can demonstrate proficiency on each step on your own. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00Am-5:00PM. However, overtime for evenings and Saturdays may be required depending on customer or crew schedules. We have well thought out systems, and they need to be executed accordingly.
