Customer Service Representative

Innovative Circuits Engineering, specializes in a range of engineering testing services, including Reliability Engineering, PCB Design/Assembly, Failure Analysis, and ESD. The Company is based in San Jose, California (www.icenginc.com). The Company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join its customer service department. Successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment that requires exercise of initiative and multi-tasking skills. Duties and responsibilities of Customer Support will include :

• Answering incoming calls, working closely with customers via email, and face to face, to provide service and support;
• Receiving and processing shipments according to established policies, procedures and based on customer instructions;
• Entering all job flow-related data into company's computerized system;
• Providing timely and accurate job status reports and responses to customers;
• Initiating shipping airway bills for UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Dispatches driver for local pick-ups and deliveries;
• Other duties and responsibilities as required of the position or as assigned.

Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma. Applicants with higher qualifications will also be considered. Minimum one year of customer-service experience is required. Applicants with experience as a Test Operator will be preferred. Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook & Access and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
