Job Description
Process and maintain customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and customer portals. Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, non-technical problem resolution. Provide customers with updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other applicable information. Work closely with Production and Operations to obtain accurate information regarding production status and delivery dates. Attend production meetings to obtain updates on scheduling, production status, and customer requirements. Communicate customer needs, priorities, and delivery requirements to appropriate internal teams. Monitor customer orders and follow up on items that may affect customer satisfaction or delivery commitments. Provide shipping notifications and other order-related communications to customers. Maintain accurate customer and order information. Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating concerns when appropriate. Develop a strong understanding of the company's manufacturing processes, products, lead times, and customer requirements. Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Operations. Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment. Support company policies, procedures, and initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Assist with answering incoming telephone calls. Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed. Assist other departments with customer-related information and order follow-up. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience processing customer orders or working with order management systems. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal manufacturing teams. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple customer orders and priorities simultaneously
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years and experience in Microsoft office and Quick Books, is a MUST.
Skills:
High school degree required.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
