San Juan Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist. A minimum of 1 year's experience is required. Our goal is to find a motivated and experienced candidate in the veterinary field that can help strengthen our customer service team. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records. Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team and clients. Provide information on pet care and services offered, addressing client inquiries with excellent communication skills. Present estimates and treatment plans for clients Maintain cleanliness in the reception area. Team player Cornerstone experience is a plus Summary As an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your core skills in veterinary terminology, animal handling, and pet care will ensure effective communication with pet owners and the veterinary team. You will assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting animal care.
