Temp-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support customers throughout the order process, from inquiry to delivery. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Production, Shipping, and Customer Service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through delivery. Serve as a primary customer contact, providing timely and professional communication. Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment. Assist with service-related requests, including repairs, calibrations, and follow-up communication. Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, order management, or order processing experience. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and D365 preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and navigating changing priorities. Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluent in English. Pay Details:
