As a Customer Sales and Service Representative for the agency, you will help by building and developing customer relationships within our community, and promoting Farmers Insurance products. These include but are not limited to commercial, life, auto and home insurance. Candidate must have experience in the insurance industry and have a current California State Insurance license.

Salary Range:

Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Provide exceptional customer service. Be outstanding at relationship building. Answer phones daily.
