Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day lot operations in California. This is a Contract position for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping busy environments organized, and guiding team activity with confidence. The role blends front-line service, traffic coordination, and on-site oversight to create a safe, orderly, and positive experience for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lot activity by coordinating attendants, observing vehicle movement, and helping maintain an orderly environment.
- Welcome customers with attention to detail, provide clear directions, and respond to questions with a service-focused approach.
- Guide parking flow for arriving and departing vehicles to reduce congestion and support efficient lot operations.
- Reinforce safety expectations and company procedures to help maintain a secure setting for customers, staff, and vehicles.
- Address customer issues quickly and effectively, working to resolve concerns while preserving a positive experience.
- Inspect lot conditions and equipment regularly, and report maintenance needs or safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Support onboarding and day-to-day guidance for new team members to encourage consistent service standards.
- Track operational details such as lot usage and staff attendance, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear verbal communication skills with the ability to assist customers and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability when responding to operational or customer-related issues.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
