This role is essential in delivering excellent service, managing appointments, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Provide accurate information about Smilebody services, pricing, and promotions Handle patient concerns, complaints, and follow-ups with care and efficiency Maintain and update patient records in the system Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and sales opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and basic office tools Patient-focused with a positive and professional attitude Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness industry Sales or upselling experience Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems Work Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Training and development opportunities
