Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone systems, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing timely updates on their inquiries and requests. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Experience or familiarity with logistics and transportation management is preferred. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
